Default best way to raise young players?

wondering whether experience out on loan or i have top training facilities so keeping him at home and train him and involve him in a couple of games?!

depends what team and facilities you have and what league you are in. a perfect loan would be to derby where the guy was 1st team and playing against good teams and derby have excellent facilities. if you are barca do not loan out unless its to a team with excellent training facilities and they will play him every week in a good league. barca and a few other teams have top-notch training facilities.

if you do not loan him, give him a specialised training program which does not work him to hard or it won't work and keep him working in his areas e.g if he is a striker, dont have him defending but aerobic, strength, shooting etc

well i have state of the art training facilities and have teams like bayern wanting banega on loan and to play in there first team, so first team experience or state of the art training

definetely bayern coz they have state of the arts training as well i think. and first team!! great offer go for it

ac milan just offered season long loan for him so may go for that maybe they will get pirlo to tutor him

ye go for them. a dont know if they have state of the art training. i think they are just excellent

Maybe I'm wrong (wouldn't be the first time) but I doubt very much Pirlo will tutor your player. I'm sure they'd prefer him tutoring their own youngsters & I'm not even sure players can be tutored whilst on loan.
