Whenever I take over a new team , i offer mutual termination to the useless coaches. However, the board blocks due to excessive compensation required. I then tried terminate contract but same response. Best part is the board will not allow me to take in new coaches. So anyone else got this problem and somehow solved it? Cheers

Nasty little problem this, with no real solution other than to try and get the coach you want to get rid of to sign a new contract that runs out sooner.

If you want to tread the dark path you could create a new user and try and sign the pesky critters you want out, or use an editor. Depends on your morals and how desperate you are i guess
