Right I'm going to put this up so many of you will easily get the point of WP clubs for those in Belgium and Poland if your lucky to get one of those.

Ok so let's take for instance Vincent Kompany who currently plays for HSV and is considered one of the top young defenders of the game now originally he is from the Congo but he went to Anderlecht.

In the course of 3 years, Kompany learnt how to play there but also was successful in becoming a Belgian citizen which is part of the EU and for Poland it's 2 years.

Now if you play in Spain aka Real Madrid then it takes 5 years to get citizenship there which is what Ronaldinho recently got alongside Dos Santos who has 3 nationalities but plays for Mexico.

In certain leagues such as France and Spain you only have 3-4 Non EU places to fill but you can send those players that take a NON EU to a WP club so he can get citizenship.

That's basically the gist of things.

so as AC Milan can only sign 1 non EU player a season. does this help them??

To the above question... uh no but then again AC Milan have a brilliant team so what you could do is NOT register a non EU player in the first team.

It also explains why they always go for the best European and National players.
