He does have a valid point.
It's a bit like the Swedish Cup, play a non-league carp team in the First round and win 3 or 4-0 then get hammered by a team in the Premier Division 6-0.
So Cups in Sweden suck arse too!

Sorry mate, no-one will give you tips or recommend players in this forum: have a read of the forum headers to find out why.

Your post in GPG is a better place for that but why not just have a go and try finding things out, and players, for yourself. It's far more rewarding.

Why don't you try finding them your self? Would you go onto a car forum and ask them to suggest a vehicle for you to buy? No, you'd look yourself and see which takes your fancy.

2009/10
The season starts well for us and were in 1st place by January. Our form drops a little and we fall into 2nd place but were never really challenged by the 3rd or 4th place team and we secure promotion with 4 games left. Our Jamaican striker finally proves himself to be quality player this year by scoring 22 goals and providing 20 assists, while our pacy striker scores 32 goals in 42 games. We sign a center midfielder for 75k who scores 23 goals for us, needless to say we had no problems scoring goals this season, our defence is still a weakness though.

Transfers
In-11
Out-7

Cups
Johnstones Paint Champions
League Cup 1st Round
FA Cup 5th Round, Chelsea played 2nd and 3rd string players and we managed to earn a replay at Stamford Bridge, where they beat us 6-0

2011/12
We start the season with the lowest budget in the Championship, but out pacy striker scores 25 goals, which is probably the reason we stayed up, he's also runner up Championship player of the year. The defence wasn't up to Championship quality and in January we replaced our number 1 keeper with a 19 year old shot stopper who conceeded 33 goals in 25 games. Our form improved and we managed to finish 10th which isn't bad for our first season in the Championship.

Transfers
In 7
Nothing notable here except our 19 year old keeper and a 17 year old left back.

Out 5
Once again nothing notable except our dmc who was club captain for the last 5 years.

League

10th place 20W 7D 19L 79F 71A 8GD 67 PTS

Cups
League Cup 1st round can't remember who though

2012/13
We finish 11th in our 2nd Championship season, we started the season well, winning our first three but were unable to beat teams at the top of the table the defence improves a bit but still gives up to many goals our pacy striker dissapointed with injuries and inconsistency and our aging Jamaican doesn't score a goal in 14 games, Luckily we have a 21 year old scotsman who scores 21 goals in 39 games. Most games we required to play a 3rd string right back and suffered because of it. I remain optomistic though we have a young squad average age 22 and they still have room for improvement, the downside is that a lot of them are wanted by teams pushing for promotion and with a wage bill of 41k I can't afford to keep them forever.

Transfers

In 9
We spend 220k in the transfer market and continue to bring in young talent, the most notable signing is a well rounded 24 year old center midfielder for 100k. Two of our new signings are sent on loan to League 1 teams and both performed really well. Due to an injury crisis up front we sign 2 strikers one in September and another in January.

Out 8
Ipswich signs one of my center midfielders for 250k and because he has a big club release clause I have to approve it. We also sell our pacy striker for 850k because he was underperforming and it seemed he was becoming injury prone. 2 strikers were sent on loan and we suffered a injury

League 11th place 18W 14D 14L 76F 66A 10GD 68PTS

Cups
League Cup Quarterf Final Leicester
FA Cup Bolton 3rd round

FA Cup 4th round Aston Villa

2012/13

I can't edit but my first League 1 season came was 2009/10 promotion from League 1 came in 2010/11. Also my FA Cup 4th round defeat to Aston Villa occured in 2011/12.
