Seeing as New Zealand are extremely poor internationally, it seems realistic that they would employ anyone who can demonstrate a knowledege of football.

Let's weigh this up. Even though you're only in League Two, you're still probably one of the best Kiwi managers in your game, and given NZ's history of signing kiwi managers, I'd say that would make you a forerunner for the position anyway. Also, if I'm not mistaken, the current All Whites manager also manages the Wellington Phoenix, so there's a precedent for taking up the role in a part-time capacity.
However, I personally am always wary about dividing my time between club and country. I'm sure if Jiminy Cricket were here, he'd say "Let your conscience be your guide..."

What Church said. I don't think it would be entirely unrealistic, but double duty might be stretching it a touch since it's a reasonable commute you'd have.
I'd personally not do it, primarily for gameplay reasons, to be honest.

I was managing Blackburn before in 2017/18 after being sacked form Mansfield and when I accepted the Mexico job my board showed displeasure due to my 'worrying level of commitment to the job'

Thanks guys. I've actually now been offered the position but have yet to decide on a decision. I shall ponder this during my working day and whilst at the gym this evening. If anyone still wants to solicit an opinion, please do.

As a New Zealander, I'd say go for it - you can't do any worse than some of the shower we'd had since John Adshead The only caveat I'd put on that would be the number of New Zealanders in the game - I'm currently in 2013 in a save with UK/Ireland/Italy/Spain, and the New Zealand national team is entirely grey - not even players still playing (Nelsen, Fallon, a few others in the UK leagues) are present.
