Västerås IK won promotion. We had the same points but they had goal different +21 and we +20. In the Swedish Cup we lost in the second round this time.

At last we won promotion finishing two points ahead of Karlslund and Gunnilse. We reached the second round in the Cup this year too. There we lost against Brage.

2009 – Sandvikens IF – Swedish Division 1 N

Pos 1st - Pld 26, Won 16, Drn 6, Lst 4, For 46, Ag 17, GD +29, Pts 54

The different between the Swedish 2nd division and the 1st isn’t that big but I didn’t thought we would gain promotion this year. We reached third round in the Cup.

If last years promotion was a little surprise this years promotion was a big surprise. In the Cup we lost against Malmö FF in the fourth round. We are now a professional club and I can scout the entire Scandinavia.

2011 – Sandvikens IF – Allsvenskan

I couldn’t have hoped for more. We finished 9 points clear off playoff and 14 from relegation. In the Cup we stormed thru beating top teams like Örgryte and GIF Sundsvall before the final. Next year we will be in the UEFA Cup.

Awesome freebies? Gosh, where were they in my first year when I had a squad consisting of 3 players, and my best striker had a finishing of 1?

Not one goal. They had more goal scored so I lost by two. Hurts like hell anyway but that is the LLM-way, thru hell and into another hell.
