Got the Huge database through a skin somehow, I don't want to post it publicly because it will inevitably upset someone, but if you would like to know e-mail me. If a moderator would like to advocate it's publication then I would happily do so.

It's not a third party update if that is what you mean. It is just a skin.

I downloaded a new skin and when I loaded it up and started a new game I could use the heavily missed Huge database.

As there isn't an official huge database released by SI, then you must assume that the database on your all-singing all-dancing skin has been put there by the skin creator. How then can you be sure that it hasn't been edited?
