Okay, so after talking to frank he sent me to TOP Oss. He was pretty kind to me as they were only one division from the top. Firstly, I’ll try to explain the way the League works, well there is a main League of 38 games; the top gaining automatic promotion. Then it is split into 6 sections and whoever comes top of one of these section gets a playoff spot.

Media Prediction: 16th out of 20.
Well after a first few looks of the squad and staff, I gathered we had a bit too much staff something like 8 coaches, 4 physios and 3 scouts I got down the numbers as this was too much. I asked for a parent club and received Feyenoord, they sent me two wingers for either flank. I started bad, an average middle and a terrible end. I finished right were I was predicted 16th.

In the second season usually you get rid of all the deadwood and sign up a few players, this is exactly what I did. We lost our first game 5-1 with two players sent off, again we started bad after 6 games we were 16th but I altered the tactics and then I won a section, thus giving me a promotion playoff. We were never really consistent for more than 6 games, but that is all you need in this league.
In the playoffs, we were drawn against AGOVV, at home we drew 0-0 but counted as a home win. We lost away so we had to play a decider match which I won 3-2. To the finals, again 0-0 at home, 0-1 away, in the decider an equal match which could of gone either way but in but in the 92nd minute my brilliant Morrocan/Dutch striker bangs in the goal that gets the team promoted.
Transfer In: 10 for 370k. ( actually I spent the 370k on two strikers)
Transfer Out: 14 for 39k.
Topscorer: My Morrocan/Dutch Striker.(14 in the league)
Assists: Brazilian left winger, signed a permanent deal.(12 assists in all).
Fans POTY: Fast but wasteful striker.

Season 08/09

This season was almost a total disaster, and started similar to the last we lost 3-0 and two players off, except I didn’t come bottom I came 17th so I would be involved in the play-offs again. Our defence was leaking in goals left, right and centre even though I had bolstered our defence, but my first choice keeper got injured for 6 months, as a back up I had an injury prone 2nd choice and a 18 year old who can’t keep a clean sheet (hehehe). This was the season were I broke all the worst records, but looking on the bright-side it will be long time till they are broken again.
I was in charge of my youngest ever team with an average age of 22 and got Barcelona as my new affiliate. It did have some positives I got a 4-4 draw with AZ and a 1-1 draw with PSV, that match was living proof that the AI doesn’t cheat I had one shot all game compared to their sixteen. Oh, and finally this took the biscuit, in my most important season the board coughed up £877 for my transfer targets.
In the play-offs we got Camburr, drove past them 3-1 on aggregate. Then NEC in the final, 0-2 away and 1-1 at home set it up for the decider, I had made my own decision to do a Paul Jewell, if we stay up I go and if we lose I stay. Needless to say we didn’t turn up and got battered 3-0.
Transfers In: 8 for 3k
Transfers Out:17 for 10k.
Topscorer: Loanee striker who refused an extension (14 in all competitions).
Assists: The Brazilian Left winger.(6 assists).
Fans POTY: Fast but wasteful striker again.
I spent one season at Heerenveen in an earlier save of mine (they were relegated from the premier league), and the Dutch second tier was seriously doing my head in with its format.
When you're hometeam plays in that c**ting league you get the hang of it after a while.
The periods are invented to ensure not too many teams go to the Eredivisie. The Dutch FA would most likely prefer no team got promoted and only the top 3 go into playoffs.
Topscorer: Fast but wasteful striker (11 in all competitions).
Assists: The Brazilian Left winger.(6 assists).
Fans POTY: Fast but wasteful striker again.
Board Expectations: Win the league.
Fans Expectations: Challenge for the Title.
Media Prediction: 4th out of 20.
This was a close season, for 30 games anyway, I was 2nd all of the season then I had to revise () which disrupted the run I was on. I ended up finishing 5th and losing in the first stage of the play-offs, In the first game we were outplayed and lost 1-0 but in the second game we were winning till my left back scored an own goal to make it 1-1, I signed two new LB's .
I wasn't enjoying this season, I think I will give it one more season, but I accepted the Belgium job to maybe improve it and also accepted the new contract of £0 a week, woops, and until 2015, double woops.
Transfer In: 8 for 24k(I signed a 'Towering Striker' on a free)
Transfer Out: 25 for 1k ( I sold each one for £40, just joking mostly released)
Topscorer: Towering Striker (21 in all competitions).
Assists: Towering Striker (10 in all competitions).
Fans POTY: Towering striker.
The towering striker won the Golden Boot award of Holland in January with my CB turned RB coming 3rd, he also won the topscorer and player of the League.
This game is so unrealistic. Belgium isn't the greatest football nation around, but they would never hire a coach from a dutch second division team with only 4 years experience...
It used to be incredibly hard to get a national team( CM3 etc) now it's way too easy.
