In between my bouts of Icelandic single playerness I started up a bit of a multiplayer game with a guy from my DoD:s clan. He usually plays higher league teams so we struck a compromise and started with dutch first division.

Me - Go Ahead Eagles
Stadium - De Adelaarshorst 7000
Reason - Great name and nice red/yellow/black kits

Griz - VVV Venlo
Stadium - Seacon Stadion -De Koel- 13000
Reason - Nice yellow kit and silly name

2006/07

First Division
VVV 13th 45 Points w10-d15-l13
Go Ahead 14th 45 Points w11-d12-l15 (beaten by 4 goal difference )

Cup
VVV Semi final 0-2 vs Feyenoord (He had easy draws, all first division teams)
Go Ahead 3rd round 1-2 vs FC Twente

Summary, tough season this both sorting out teams, finances and everything. We both have an excellent striker prospect in our teams from the academy

2007/08

First Division
Go Ahead 2nd 78 Points w24-d6-l8 (Playoff bug struck me, home draw counted as a win for Heracles, next season will we save at this point to correct the bug)
VVV 7th 54 Points w14-d12-l12 (Thrashed in playoffs 5-0 by Roda JC)

Cup
Go Ahead 4th round 0-2 vs Ajax
VVV 2nd round 0-3 vs Volendam

Summary, much better season all round and I beat him clearly while moaning that I have to play playoffs despite being clear of 3rd place by 10 points.

2007/08

First Division
Go Ahead 1st 71 Points w22-d5-l1 (No Playoffs for me, instant promotion )
VVV 7th 62 Points w18-d8-l12 (Playoff heroics mode:on Beat Emmen confortably in 1st round, 2nd round to a decider vs Dordrecht 3-0 in extra time. Third round destroyed by Vitesse away, 5-2 win at home, 2-0 down in decider back to win 3-2 with 90th minute penalty)

Cup
Go Ahead Qtr Final 0-1e vs Vitesse
VVV 2nd round 1-2 vs PSV (Not a good draw)

Summary, well I'm finally promoted but so is he despite never finishing higher than 7th. His luck appears to be all dried up though as hes broke and got £7K transfer budget compared to my £800K

Premier division in next update, its just over half way completed now and VVV aren't doing so well

I haven't seen a "no multiplayer online LLM game updates" rule anywhere. And there aren't any threads in FMO where you can tell the LLM story of your online game with a friend (well not in the first page at least.) Since he (they) haven't broken any rule, I can't think why playing online is.

I am with Merke on this one while it may be more appropriate to post this update in the FMO forum so long as you are both playing by the LLM guidelines I can’t see a problem.
