Actually, Dutch first division is the lowest playable division in Holland. Holland only has two divisions in game. It's a far cry from the English Regional Conference, but it's LLM.

No, you have Saturday and Sunday amateur leagues, with no promotion to the First Division. When a team goes professional they can apply to participate in the First Div.
