To choose the club I decided to go for a Swedish one, as Sweden has more leagues (4 leagues in total).

League Scene: Only the 1st goes up directly, 2nd has to go through playoffs! Last 2 teams get relegated.
Squad: At a first glance there wasn't anyone who I could see as a way of getting us foward and a 500K debt, plus a very restrict wage bill, got me thinking what should I do. The staff was very bad, there was a scout which ability was rather doubtfull but I had to endure him for 1 season, he ended up being very unhelpfull, but I trusted my judgement on this area! Had to look to the free agents market to see what I could get for 0k. I found 4 rather talented players who wanted to join me. Wage bill got between us, so I only signed 2 of them. One is a Swedish-Ghanian-CM-Legend, my personal choice for number 10 and other is a Swedish winger, a source of assits to the strikers. I couldn't decide my self about who to get in the main team, so I just got the Main team, Reserve and U-18 in the main squad and headed to a long period of friendlies. Who ever had the best ratings would stay.
Ended up this experience my 4 best rated player couldn't play for the Main squad as all the 4 were just 14 years old So I decided to go for a crazy attacking tactic as I didn't have any full backs... (adapted Swedish winger to the AMC role) and soon we were set to go!
The season stared very bad in the summer break we were on bottom of the table, but we did recover very well in part to some good exhibitions of Swedish-Ghanian-CM-Legend, plus singing the other 2 talented free agents. Meanwhile I got as a parent club the big Premier Divison's Djugardens who as part of the agreement send me a very gifted Defensive Midfielder.

Not bad, I didn't live up to media expectation but at least I got both Board and Fans very pleased with me. Board kept injecting money in club as it was impossible with a 750 maximum capcity stadium to do some money.
New season coming, I decided to get a more traditional tactic rather than a wicked one, who didn't give good results in defence, plus attacked wasn't that good as finishing wasn't my strikers must! So I adopted the 4-4-2, Counter-attacking, direct passing and attacking minded tactic that every team had on my division.
Again debt in 600K, no transfer budget again, wage bill as small as ever.

Both board and fans weren't really in contact with my own ideas of promotion. So there was a one man fight to get it! Djugardens helped more than my own Board, with 3 very promising loans: a very good goalkeeper (who I was right that in the short time would become Djugardens n1), a briliant defensive midfielder that was used as a DC (great future ahead), and a pacey fullback. Meanwhile I started shaping a young DC into a very promising player! Swedish-Ghanian-CM-Legend was just on fire! Swedish winger put on some vintage performances as well!

Players out: 4 (0k, to balance 2 good singings wage I needed to send some players out...)
CHAMPIONS! A nice defensive record only 8 goals conceded 3 of them in the only loss in that season.

Best Goal Scorer: Late arriving free agent from last season with Syrian descendence!
Season spotlighs: I was able to find some new hot prospects that I was sure that some of them would even in a 5 years time break into Swedish National Team! But I had no money to but them! For 5k I missed a future H. Larsson! In my own squad Swedish DC was starting to get a decent look as well as the Swedish 17 years old Goalkeeper (this one I am sure he will be capped in 10 years for Sweden!).
With that promising record I though I could just get straigh promotion the next season!
First stupid thing noted: I was playing in the North Division now I moved up to the warmer South Area... THANK GOD this division is realy weaker than the other :eek:
Players In: 0 No need squad too good, 14 years old now have 17, plus wage bill
Player Out: 8 (80k, plase note, 7 player 0k, Swedish class defender 80k!)
It was sad to let him leave but indeed he was too good for this division plus I need some money to keep the 600k debt in place! This season I decided to use one of my many tricks so instead of buying players I invested free wage bill in getting full time contracts to player who earned more than 1200€ monthly, plus some staff to help improve players performances. It was a really easy season, the division leavel wasn't much better than the last season.

Again everyone trying to let me down. Djugardens didn't help much Loaned me 2 rubish defenders... Sinals of their relegation to First Division Elite. Who knows if I won't find them there next season!

Best Goal Scorer: One of the 17 years older. Last season free agent couldn't deal with the pacey defenders!
What will be the next season there will be a budget for sure as I didn't touch the 30k I was given from star Dc transfer!
In the middle of the 3rd season I was offered 100k for CM-legend, but I couldn't let him go I choosed to sell the defender for less, but at least my team kept playing well in attack. In defence young swedish keeper was looking impressive!
