Well what can i say? A season of two half's, managed to get knocked out of the Second round of the Swedish Cup by AIK 6-1, but after that my team of useless carp and average-at-least loanees managed to get us to the dizzy heights of 4th in the league which I was satisfied with.
Oh well roll on next season.

To hell with the Fans and Board! Respectable is not good enough for my team I tell you! The team really did well this season by staying in the top 2 all season and then clinching the title on the last day with a 3-1 win against Hammarby TFF. Went out of the Swedish Cup in the Second Round with a 6-0 defeat against IFK Goteborg.

The First Division South never knew what had hit them until it was too late with the squad which was kept relatively the same from last season surged to the top of the League and never looked down.
The Title was wrapped up with 3 games to go.
Oh and got knocked out of the Swedish Cup Second Round again this time 4-0 against Helsingborg.

Finance's got worse with the club £370k in the red, may have to sell the promising goalkeeper to raise some cash.
I never noticed too much difference between the Swedish 4th and 3rd tier in terms of quality, you're the fourth I see (including myself), who won back-to-back promotions.
The step up is really the First Div. Elite.
Was the Örebro parent/feeder agreement already running at the start, or did you arrange it? Anyhow, I think it was a good choice, as they have a large reserve squad.
I arranged the partnership myself, why is it not allowed?
It wasn't all that hard getting promoted with the loan players and some players which my scout found (which turned out to be pretty decent by the way).
But now i face a real challenge in the First Division Elite especially with the loss of my Goalkeeper to Hammarby for £250k!
But hopefully my 2 new replacements may fill in the gap.
Parent/feeder agreements are a bit of a grey area, but as far as I know, everywhere outside the UK (or England, or Great Brittain, I don't live there, it's all a bunch of goofers on an island to me ) is fine, unless you somehow find out its forbidden IRL, in which case you will refrain from them in keeping with the realism.

Swedish teams are allowed IRL to register parent/feeder agreements which allows players to move freely on loan between the clubs with a week's quarantine even outside the transfer windows. Although I would assume most Örebro SK youngsters would IRL play for ÖSK Ungdom (their "youth" team) in Division 2 or 3 whichever division they are in at the moment.

It is, as far as I know. It was a smart move as Örebro have a large youth/reserve squad  Loan players can mean much as they usually know the game called football, as opposed to the original squad
Yes I seem to have realised that, they are one of those mid-table teams that just make up the numbers in the Premier Division, never achieve anything just like the rest of the league.
