I am just about to venture into the world of Lower League management.

I'm either going to go Northwich Victoria, Vauxhaull Motors or Altrincham as they are my local clubs in the conference(s)

has anybody got any tips on lower league management to help me with this new challenge?

I'll give you a tip.

Playing LLM takes over your life. It changes your opinions on life, it puts a strain on relationships until your partner realises there's nothing competes with LLM, it's a hell of a step to take.

Is it worth it?

Hell, yes!

My tip...think carefully before taking on LLM

tips is such a general word I meant just like how it is compared to prem/champ management
