I have read the rules (cheers Ryu) and I'm still to find anything on finance tipping/help, so here goes...
Obviously losses are coming from expenditure > income, so either cut the former or increase the latter.
With regards to cutting spending, your choices immediately should be either attempting to negotiate wages downwards for older players, or more harshly, try and get rid of players for however much.
Ultimately improving your income streams is a more long term objective. Winning = more money essentially, i.e. cups, league position etc. In turn better gate attendences and season tickets being sold.
If the situation needs to be solved in your short run you may be left with only cutting names from the team.
Otherwise if you believe you can bear the risk I don't think it would be too much to worry about assuming you don't get relegated.
