What's all this about?
I am new here. I came in, read the rules and have never had a problem with anybody here.
Lakwoski (who I figure this whole thread is about) initially posted a question (in rather poor english, wich is a sign of laziness seeing as he's Isthmian League researcher, so I assume his mother tongue is English (if it's not disregard this part of my message)), and got some answers. He than showed he had not read the forum rules, and after being pointed out, in a polite manner, refused to abide by them.
So to summarize: He asked for the help of this forum, got some help, and than decided that instead of thanking those who replied, decided to spit them in the face.
And who is mad at who now??
To all those who think Laskowski is/was right. You're lucky this is an internet forum and the sign at the entrance says "no tipping etc.". You could be on someones drive-way, and the sign could say "all tresspassers wil be shot". So next time you enter a new place, do you really want to take that risk again?
Everybody is welcome to post here. LLM is not some wierd cult, you don't have to dance around naked in the middle of Times Square, we just ask that you read and abide by the rules. The rules are "no tippping, no player naming, no bragging and no cheating". You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand them.
There are a lot of people here who like how this forum works, we aren't held hostage by some power crazy gang of die-hards. So we don't have to adjust every time some individual walks in here and decides he has seen the light.
And for all those that think the rules are to strictly reenforced. Try to read two or three thread in the general questions subforum and you'll see why it's neccessary
Freek
