first season with Solihull Moors and ive punted most of the staff hired young players and got a few gems on loan from the brum i.e.[PLAYER NAMING DELETED]. Although 186k in debt (due to sackings etc) the wage bill is well under and my expectation is purely to consolidate this season. The above is the background, the cruz of the matter is this, i'm priced at 5000-1 from sky-bet to win the blue square north and being touted as a serious relegation contender. Now i know with the team ive got i'll finish in the top half (barring a nightmare of injuries) but i can't get my head round this 5000-1 fixed odds price. Could this be that im a manager of 26 with only sunday league playing experience?

Just wondering if anyone else has ever been quoted worse odds at the start of a season.

Oh and BTW this isn't a complaint about the game, just a query up for discussion to see if anyone else is as unfancied as myself and my Solihull Moor team.

one thing i'll point out now, is that revenue is going to be tight, no fa cup run for two years as club only estb. 2007. damn!
