I know these leagues do not have a transfer window but I am able to loan as many players as I like. Is this a bug, or is there no loan limit for these leagues?

There is no loan limit, this is correctly applied to the game. A couple of interesting things about the BSN and BSS are that there's no loan limit and the fact that there are no squad numbers!

It does make this league a bit easy, as I can have a whole squad full of quality loan players and not pay a penny for wages.

Trust me it's not that easy if you stay true to the LLM way, trying to find a player that's available to loan is hard enough even before you have to convince him to play for your god awful team.

By scouting and signing on loan youth players from higher leagues. Much better than any players I could possibly get on a free transfers.
