May be stating the obvious here but last time I checked the Republic Of Ireland is not part of Britain (unless something has changed wile I was asleep). So surely they should be excluded also (or be used as the one "foreign" player).

As far as I know, Rep. Of Ireland is part of Great Britain (The Great British Isles) but not part of the United Kingdom.
