Training and Tactics are a red herrings - Coach reports, Morale and fitness are the key ingredients to the game.

1. Always try to play players with Coaching reports of "Keen admirer, great benefit to the club", "capable of becoming a class act" or "versatility is an invaluable asset"

2. Then Key member of the squad already

4. Try to avoid using Useful member of the squad or young players who might make it or have potential.

7. Coaching report is more important than morale.

If you leave a club in one country is it possible to manage a club in a different country? :cool:

You can only manage within the country you started - however there will be a number of international jobs available within the game which you could take ...

Just wanderin, I have sugar daddy disabled does this mean i will never get investment no matter how well i do or does it just mean it wont be from the start? Thanks Marc

If you have this disabled then it means you won't get an Abramovic type character approach your club - your chairman however can still sometimes bail out the club if the need arises and suchlike ... its just he's not awash with money.
