:O Fowler isnt past it Steven. He has scored more goals than Crouch since he's been there. Over the last couple of months you can add bent, defoe and possibly rooney to that list.

He has his fitness back aswell. He may not run defenders ragged but he scores goals.

I really couldn't give a toss about England.

It's just time really for people who never got to matches to drive around in their cars with England flags on their cars.

Fowler and shearer!! upfront..and bring in sherringham for lampard. Kidnapp barnes from his shit Friday night football show on a stupid times on fridays, and stick him in left!! HANSEN, LAWRO,!

Devasted!

Without Rooney, you lose that flair, that something extra that makes England serious contenders. Beckham wasn't the same last World Cup but he had longer to recover too. My evening's been shitty after seeing Rooney go down, just a horrible feeling knowing he's not going to be available.

Hasn't King broke a bone in his foot too?

Yeah and to top things off Owen feels he may have done some damage to his foot and doesnt feel 100%!

so by the sounds of it he shud b goin and prob missin out on the first cuple of games and play in the more important 1s 2wards the end. THANK GOD im glad he hasnt resorted 2 usin Croch.
