In the preferences there's an option called 'Match Day Experience'. It's currently ticked by default but what does it do?

I think its the screens you have to go through before a match.

It's the way which on match days it goes from Match Preview to Team Selection to opposition instructions, then to another preview screen, then to the match, and on to the post match after the match finishes. Turning it off means that you can choose what you view on a matchday.
