currently managing bournemouth, doing ok but feel that my scout (ian lowe) has rather poor attributes especcially for jpa and jpp, when scouting for a player a use my coach (ian howe) whos attributes are much higher, so surely this leaves him uneeded and is just taken up my wages, im guessing a club doesnt need one. what you think?

A Football League Club like Bournemouth will need one. If you're not happy with him, get rid of him (somehow if you don't want to pay compensation) and hire a better one. It's only if your in the Blue Square North/South and possibly Premier that you wouldn't need one.
