After waiting for the final 8.0.1 patch,i started a game unemployed and after a while was given the Gladbach job.Struggling in mid table they wanted to be a force in the budesliga by the end of 3 years.
So of i go or so i thought,NO after 4 wins and 2 draws i'm sacked,what the hell is going on.Surely this can't be that bad of a confidence bug but one thing is certain after playing the game from the amiga days mine's definately gone.

that is crazy. but i doubt it has anything to do with confidence. never heard of this before.

I've heard of strange sackings but that one might be the strangest.

Confidence might be flawed at the moment but it shouldn't be that bad.

It's a tough gig, the Gladbach job. Just couldn't seem to make any money at all, even though I was playing in front of 50,000 every home game. I was sacked after about three seasons in mid table.
