Who do you play as. Obviously if you are filling your stadium every week or are a team with a high rep it's not really likely that the board will be to worried about attracting new fans

I had one in 8 and a half seasons. That was first season, in BSS. Now I'm in L1 in middle table, team reputation is the lowest, never filled my stadium, and some teams still have fan days against me (about one every year), but I haven't had any since first season.

does anyone know what determines the board to organise a fan day?i never had one and im in 2012 now.would be nice to have one
