We should have this option! Seriously, how can a player complain of being frozen out and etc. when you played him more than fifteen, or worse, more than thirty games per season???
I'm sure when a transfer goes through for players, some of them are tend to lie about something. I can't understand why we can't have the option to expose them!
its not just about number of games per season, its also about when theyre played. If you have a 50 game season and he only plays in the first 15 games.........hes gonna feel left out.

I have an instance when I played Leighton Baines for the entire season and when he left, he complained to the press about being frozen out.
How do you explain that?
Maybe his teammates didn't let him play with them.
My captain who'd been with me since he was 18 (now 31) suddenly decided he wants to move to a bigger club. Fine. Accepted his transfer request, lobbed him in the reserves, nobody interested in him so he asked to come back off the list.
Hate him for that. I think I should be allowed to volley his head all over the changing rooms because I can't sell him now.
if he's so poor at making decisions, he shouldn't even be a captain. Captains should be fierce, determined and loyal to a fault. If he wants to leave, whos stopping the rest of the team(um, Roy Keane shouldn't be taken as an example here, hehe)

I'm usually wrathful towards players who keep on whining and then finally demanding to be transfer-listed. I have a 'ROT' training schedule on standby to deal with such players, and I would usually refuse their later request to be taken off. >.<
I'm not very forgiving towards such players, especially if I had never ill-treated them before.
I think there's also a problem with backup goalkeepers. In real life most gk who are told they are back-ups accept that fact and don't complain about it. They generally are happy to warm the bench and hope to get a chance to impress.
However in FN, even if a GK's squad status is set to 'Backup' he'll still often become unhappy at not getting played. This is not a true reflection of real life imo.
