Can I add picture to my regens?

I now just apply the English Premier Ship super pack, the pictures are cool and I kinda want to reuse it for my regens.

I notice that the game has a picture folder for regens already and they probablly assign it randomly.

My questions are:

- Is there a tool that I can use to assign a picture for my regens in my save game files.
- Can I add larger pictures into the regens folder picture? For instance those they use in the Premier League super pack.

Not much of a help, but I have read alot of people having problems adding pictures to regens, but there is a tool out there to add graphics which you can get here.

I can't download it and I have absolutely no idea how to set up my firewall, do you know anywhere else I can grab the tool?
