The whole point of the Hellenic Skins since FM 2005 was to "unclatter" the screen and make the game experience better and easier to the eye. I never claimed that my skins are "groundbraking" or "drastically original". If they were then Ter should start worrying about his full time job at SI as a graphic designer! (you REALLY don't have to worry Ter :p)

I create the Hellenic skins for fun, mainly for my own enjoyment, but I also share them with the community.
If they appeal to some people and they enjoy playing the game with my skins, that makes me happy. If they don't, that's still ok.

I share your concern about the menubar buttons, I'm not a big fan of them and I'm hoping that I will eventually find some time to change them soon. I don't have any ideas at this point so if you have any suggestions go ahead and let me know.

Could I have altered the top bar drastically as you suggest?
Sure I could, but instead I chose to keep one side of the bar the same so that the users can utilize and take advantage of the wonderful job done by all these people who are making the logos to match the Flexion skin design.

Unfortunately these logos are not usable by any other skin so far and I think it's a waste.

Could I have designed the top bar around these skins?
I tried several designs, none worked very well.

Let me know if you have any specific ideas and I'll try to incorporate them in one of the next updates of the skin.

gregory_isaacs: Some stadium background images work well, while others don't. It depends on the colours.

For example most of paulinho's background images work fairly well (check his screenshots).

If your stadium backgrounds are very light or they are very light or white on the left side of the screen, then the transparent navigation is not going to work well with them.

A quick solution to this problem would be to open up these backgrounds in Photoshop or any such program and reduce their opacity to 10 or 20 percent.

TRFC: I also nopticed these "1.." and "2.." in one of paulinho's screenshot.

I would think that they come like this because he's playing in windowed mode and he's squeezing his screen too much. I play in windowed mode as well but I've never had this problem.
paulinho is this the case?
Any other suggestions as to why this happens?

Am i being absolutely dense or does the website direct u 2 skins for FM05 and FM06?

does the 06 skin work on 07?

Just figured out that if you have show recent effects of training unticked it stops that happening
