Editor Restrictions

This is a question mainly to SI but they probably won't answer...
Why don't they allow us to create leagues, add divisions? Why can't we change money prizes or League Rules?S ometimes they are wrong and we can't change them!
I see no reason for this and in FIFA Manager we can do it so why can't we in FM?

The answer to that is quite simple, if you were able to edit everything within the game, nobody would want to buy FM08 would they? People would simply update their game to the current seasons data and not bother buying the new game.

It's not like an editor that that allowed us more options would make us available feeder clubs and decent youth player's development in FM2005... At least adding divisions would be great.
