please help im good at editors guide done every transfer ready to post online for people but dont know how change start date

You cant.

What you can do is start a new game, add yourself in as unemployed and go on holiday for a year then you can start in 2007.

add sweden to your game as they start in March 2007.

Pick the braziliam leage with your leagues, select brazil start date. with brazil you can start in Jan 2007. Just select the other leagues you want to use and select the brazil January Start date
