I have bought a new PC and installed FM 2007. Because I hade managed to get my name on the "Hall of Fame" list, then I also transferred over my saved games. Everything seemed to be OK but I found that my name no longer appeared in "Hall of Fame". This suggests that either:-

1. the "Hall of Fame" data is not stored in saved games.
2. or, the "Hall of Fame" data is stored somewhere else.

Can anyone please offer me any help with this problem?

After a good deal of searching I have found the file I need. It is called hall_of_fame.dat and (for Vista Ultimate) it is located at CUsers\Public\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\. It is a very small file (1Kb) and so after a small amount of trial and error. Since my achievements are stored in FM 2007 under my name and my club then I have been able to restore my rightful position in the Hall Of Fame.

I hope this is useful for those of you who have the same problem.
