I am quite impressed with the update however I feel it is a it unrealistic that the Liverpool board are willing to give you 35m to spend after they have already spent so much money already. It starts off with 8m to spend but if you request the board will grant you upwards to 35m. I feel that they should tell you that you have enough funds already.

i'm a bit puzzled. I'm trying to download the latest update and it just stops downloading at random times. Don't think it's got past 20% yet.
