I assume you're in the editor.
To change the kits just search for your team, click their name, then when their details come up click on kits and colours in the left hand pane. The rest should be straight forward really, change kit to err change kit and fiddle with the colours until your happy
The records, I personally have never touched, but as a Leeds fan I probably should. But again it seems straight forward. Click records on the left hand pane and then click on and change all the settings 'til your hearts content. Hope all that waffle helps.
