Edit team to grow foreign regens

I know its a bit cryptic, but I wanted to know how I could edit/create a team to be able to recieve 2 kinds of nationality in regens e.g. like Cardiff. If I put in a faroe island team in the danish league, where can I specify that the team will grow faroe island AND danish regens?

The majority of regens will come from the ara that your stadium is in, so the majority of yours would be from the Faroe Islands, the rest come from the areas you have knowledge of. So to get Danish youngsters you would have to give your staff a heavy Danish influence.
