Alrighty, what do i need to do in order for me to choose all feeders clubs instead of just the one? Thanks in advance!

Work only in 7.0.0 afaik. Search the forums, it was there

you caint get all of them anymore but..... if you ask for a feeder / parent club then 10 days later save your game. if you dont get the club you want e.g belg or pol then re-load your game and try again.

it works for high rep parent clubs as well
