As I mentioned earlier, it does not work for my Arsenal team. Even though I have a top-class AMC (Van der Vaart) and most of my players have four (if not five) stars, I always felt as though the team was underachieving.
I played some games and in every game the attacking side of the tactic fell apart. Why, I don't know. My team couldn't retain possession and conceded a number of goals. No serious counterattack whatsoever!

I got Van de Vaart in AMC aswell and he consistently gets 7s and 8s
the possession thing is actaully an issue even after a season but i usually get the Quality not Quantity line when we win. But to see the effects i think you should try it for longer, took 8/9 games before we started playing really well.
