Increasing your pass sucession rate

At the moment I am getting a 68% pass sucession rate from my players. I have the likes of nasri, reo coker, arshavin, Benegra. All good passers of the ball should I not be getting more than this.

Are you playing short passing at a slow tempo?

Yes, as it gives the players more time to play the passes and easier passes to make. If they're hitting it 40 yards in a fit every time they get the ball, their pass% will suffer for it.

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.
