I'm crystal palace and i can't seem to win a lot of games so i will try this when the new season starts and i'll keep you informed.

The only Palace CB capable is Hudson. You should get rid of the others including Ward as they are too slow.

I play as Palace and have just won the last 7 games with this tactic in season 2 still in the Championship.

i've had half a season with this tactic in the spanish second division with a mediocre side and so far this tactic has been awesome,at home i've scored six and seven goals at times,away has been suprisingly good aswell.i'm not sure if the the tactic just suits my side but the players match ratings have been great with three or four players getting a ten during a few games...which i've rarely seen in the previous versions of the game i've played.During games i've tweaked tempo and passing a few times when i'm not doing so well and occasionally dropped my strkers attacking mentality down a bit which seemd to help their finishing,good tactic in my opinion anyway.

congratulations you have made the best tactic i've ever download from this forum through years. I never had such a faster success. I used to download tactics that failed with my team, sometimes it seems to improve a bit and other times they were a complete failure... but your tactic is incredible.

Have tried yr tactic for some matches, and must admit I'm quite pleased. Am struggling with my attackers being offside, so have tuned down their attacking closer to "normal".

Still struggling against a lonely striker (4-5-1), and also against 4-2-4, so am sometimes changing to another tactic when playing against those two.

Jury is still out.
Having used a slightly modified diamond I've taken Villa to 6th place. Then having Mellberg, Barry and Gabby out and facing Chelsea (2nd) I decided it was time to use a different tactic. Tried this one.
Won 2-1 againsts Chelsea
Was hammered 0-3 against Fulham (14th) and got Petrov banned 5 matches for headbutting
Dominated Everton (4th), but only got 1-1.

Status so far. 1-1-1, 4 points against higher placed opponents. Got hammered by "bad" team.
Get a lot of cards. Team doesn't get tired during match.

Will report back when I have a couple more matches, and hopefully a full team.

Looking so so.
Was on the back heel against Liverpool (1st) Lost 1-2, but came close to stealing a 2-2 draw
Dominated Bolton (18th) to a 1-0 victory
Middlesborough (4th) came from 2 down to a 2-2 draw that I "should" have won.

Missing Petrov, Angel and Barry but still getting some results

Two things i've found have helped my team so far with this tactic is if the strikers are blazing chances over the bar or straight at the keeper i tone down thier attacking mentality,another tweak i make is if the team is being a bit overun or not getting enough of the ball i change the passing to just into direct and that has shown some great improvements often changing the game.

This is a tactic that seems to work better when other teams play against you. Thrashed Chelsea (the current version) 8-1 with Boro but have struggled against teams which are happy to sit back and hit me on the counter.
