from looking at some screenshots on here i noticed some people have the pictures on players in the premier league?anyone know how to do it?

First go ito 'My Documents', then find the 'Sports Interactive' folder. Then go into your FM08 folder, create a folder called 'graphics', then a subfolder called 'facepacks'. Then visit here to download the facepacks. Then extract them using winrar into the folder called 'facepacks'

After that in your FM game you click 'Options', then 'Preferences', then on the left click 'Display & Sound', Untick the skin cache box and tick the box that says 'always reload skin on confirm' then they will appear.
Winrar is just a programme used to extract files, you can download it from here
