I am creating an ad for a newsletter that is 2.75" wide X 4.75" tall and has a transparent background. In the middle of the ad, I am wanting to create a text box with a black background and white text. I am trying to create a rectangular text box that has a wavy bottom (not sure if that is the correct name for it)
I am attaching an image that shows what I am looking for. It was created in Fireworks and isn't the exact size that I want. The one I am creating will be black and white and just needs to be a basic wave, not multi tiered like the example.
