Default professional team training

hey, i was wondering how you guys train your players....i generally leave the gk training as is, for all df, mf, att, i move everything to maximum medium training with focus on, for defenders, strength, defence, aerobic, tactics...for midfield i focus highly on attacking, tactics and set pieces, whilst attack i focus on attacking obviously. any tips or hints?

I usually make training schedules for each individal position for example; full backs, defenders, def. mids. and so on. and just set the key training sections for that position to high and generally keep the training bar to one notch before it goes to intensive and dont get injurys that often
