Players from League Two and the Blue Square premier good enough to play higher?
I have just started a game as Southend in League One and i am looking to improve the team by signing a few players from League Two and the Blue Square premier, as well as players who can step straight in i am looking for some up and coming players to sign.
So far i have signed Michael Morrison from Cambridge, having managed Cambridge for 3 seasons on my 1st game on FM08 i know he is good enough for this level and maybe higher.
I have looked around league two and know about players like Jermaine Easter, Aaron McLean and George Boyd, but has anyone has any sucess with any other players from these leagues or seen any players signed from there who have done well?
With Peter Clarke leaving i need to strenghen the DC position and also Midfield. I will be sending my scouts to these leagues as soon as i have signed one.
If i find any i will post them on here, Morrison is a good prospect to start with.
