When does the "win bonus" works, in every league win or just cup wins?

Does a player get an appearance bonus if he comes off the bench?

I'm having trouble getting my aging farts to accept less bonuses :thdn:

well yeah, if he makes an appearance at any point in a game, it stands to reason that he'll get an appearance bonus surely..

There's no "win bonus" for any indivual player. You get to choose what the win bonus for the whole squad would be at the start of the season for the various competitions they play in. That's given out if they win the competition obivously. Else, its not.

As for appearance bonus, yes they get it even if they come on for 1sec.

And yes, the oldies would generally ask for more appearance bonus because they'd be getting lesser games due to their age. So when you offer them a contract and the squad status in on "rotation", try to set it to first team or key player and offer them a contract with less bonus. They'll probably reject it but then if you offer them a contract again, they sometimes demand less appearance bonus. This doesnt always work, but has for me on occassions.

I'm playing FM07, I think I heard they changed the "win bonus" to a team bonus in FM08
