I just spent 117 million to buy Fabregas. But so far he is not playing too well for my R. Madrid team. Is it cos he is still new to my team and hasn't settled yet?

I'm setting his instructions like this: attacking mentality, first notch of much creative freedom, Mixed passing, through balls often, forward runs often, run with ball mixed, long shots rare, crossing rare.

I play a 4-4-2 tactic home. And a 4-1-4-1 tactic away. And obviously I always play him as an MC.

Dont give too many forward runs mate. It just gets him completely out of position. Put it on rarely/mixed, Long shots on mixed as well as he can come up with the odd beauty. The rest is fine I think. Also, try to have him as your playmaker. That might help as well. But yeah, give him time to settle. He'll come good.
