As the game evolves, so does LLM. Two very good examples are from FM2007.
The board deciding where your scouts can scout has made the long standing SWYCT and SYB redundant.
The working Job Centre has made staff search a no go area like player search, unlike 06 where Job Centre just didn't work at all and staff search, like all previous in carnations, was the only viable option.

Would this Community benefit from being a Microcosm? Post #26
Your number of posts is indeed a credit to you. My 20 or so posts are no match if you are inclined to measure a persons right to bring a discussion to the the forum by the number of posts the person has. I doubt that was your point though as you clearly mis-understood that this thread was for discussion, not a demand for changes.
I on the other hand believe that this Forum would be more welcoming if for example the topics allowed in the Forum were to be expanded to include other subjects as well as 'My Latest 3 Season Update.'
If anything, I am suggesting that LLM Players tighten their own rules to actively exclude themselves from other FM Forums where they are exposed to Player naming, Tactic discussion and all the other traits that separate LLM's from those that follow 'the dark side.'
If anyone in here thinks I am talking about the Rules LLM's follow to play the game then they have also mis-understood me.
I am talking about the Community and how it operates, especially when someone new arrives. I have read many posts in here before tapping my keyboard and my first impression was, I like the style of play you advocate. My second opinion was, almost to a man, great pleasure is to be had at the expense of anyone who either does not understand the community or dares to ask for clarification.
I accept that some people need to be TOLD; I also accept that some cannot be told and as such they should be ejected. However, there are better ways to do that even if you do have to tell 10 people each day. One of the things that should come with Management (Moderator) is patience. By that I mean telling different people the same thing every day should, in my opinion, be done with respect. In some cases it is not. Which is a Shame really.
