I'm playing as Torquay United and have built up their finances to roughly 1.5M. I have improved the youth acadmey and I want to improve the traing facilities but the board keep telling me we have no funds. My question is, how much is needed to accomplish this task? Is there a base price for improvements?

I'm pretty sure I've seen them sort of using it as an excuse before. Ive got much more high level upgrades with less money when in higher league where the board feels they really need an upgrade. I guess the board is trying to keep its money for other things when your facilities aren't to far behind the league average.

I think it costs about £1.7M but in my experience, you have to have about £5M in the bank before the board will spend the £1.7M.

I suppose it varies though depending on the board and other variables. That will be pretty close though I think.
