That was of course supppose to read "linked to you in the media"

how do LLM's manage to make loan signings and get cheap players off the transfer list if they are not allowed to use the search screen?

You just have to hope your scouts find them, or a club directly offers you a player.

The fact that real life managers don't have a transfer list to look at isn't entirely true either. After 2 minutes of searching I found a site, containing a list of transfer listed players and free players in the UK. This site does contain player names though (duh), so to avoid player naming altogether I won't post the link.

Anyways, as the rules aren't too clear on the subject you can do as you choose. I just avoid the player search screen altogether. It does make taking over a club without players and scouts that little bit more difficult

Trust me it's more fun than it sounds, I'm a recent convert & my escapades so far (3 season update coming soon) have given me more satisfaction than any Champions cup win with a big EPL club.

Good luck with the LLM career.

thanks alot for the clarification guys! I will definately take up a LLM career on 2008. (Although I will probably stray slightly and play as Leyton Orient)

I dont know where you lot got the reputation for being snobbish, etc. but you seem alright to me.

Give the rules, guidelines and ethics a thorough read trundler, absorb what you read and enjoy LLM.

We'll know if you're not and then you'll get dealt with as seen fit if that's the case.

Leyton Orient are not LLM, not while they're in League One.

Play as them and you won't be LLM.

I'm afraid he's right, even league two would be pushing it, if your not confident of diving straight into the regional divisions the Conference National is a reasonable starting point to cut your teeth in.
