As far as I'm aware, you can't change it, it's your Ass. Man. or something who makes the list of possible tutors. But (along with Jimbokav it would seem), I don't really utilise the tutor system so I shouldn't really be answering. Consider it a potboot |

I used it once, with an U-18 who looked quite tasty learning off my experienced defender/captain. After 3 months the U-18 guy said he thought it had been a waste of time he got released on a free a couple of seasons after that - the guy who was tutoring him was still on the team |

I used it once too. I thought a wily old pro could whip a young upstart into shape.
The english cricket team also tried it once upon a time, and got experienced pros like Phil Tuffnel to look after the youngsters while on tour.

| Beyond positional similarities and vague relative age/seniority, there doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to it. And personally, like Jimbo, I don't touch tutoring. The number of times I've had teams become seething masses of Big Brother-like bitching about each other without learning a damn thing is untrue...

I look at a couple of stats for both the Mentor and the Men-tée before using the facility and thus far it's been successful...as can be gauged.

There is a little arrow tab next to the player who is selected to be the tutor. If you click on that a list of other players comes up that you can select from.
I think! |

| I've tended to try the same, but there seems to be a certain pot luck element to whether or not the personalities of the two gel regardless of similarities on the pitch, and I just don't seem to have much luck...

Does anybody know the differences between the three different tutoring options?
The only change I have noticed is that the student will get the same PPMs.
Bit of a GQ query really though I suppose.
