I have a question that I hope some of you can help me out with.

Does signing a lot of new players during a short amont of time affect the overall performance of your team?

Lets say I sign 7-8 new players to my starting eleven. Will this affect how my team will perform. If so, how long will it take for them to settle in and learn to play together?
