Tip if you need a Defender, Midfielder and Striker:
Sign a Scout - Send him out - Look at his results - Read the position column, theres your potential players.

I suggest you sign three players, one defender, one midfielder and one attacking. All three should be of high quality and cost less than 10k altogether.
