If they get ****ed and ask for a transfer then I list them. If they don't want to play for the club, and another club's daft enough to sign them, then I shed no tears |

I agree with the "scrolling" concept. You see, my laptop has a built in scroller, and I really couldn't be arsed to use my mouse to click on the scroll bar and drag it, so no more than can fit on the screen.

Too soft by far that's me |

Joining the team, which said "if you have to scroll, it's too much". Now I was able to expand scouting, so there are 31 players, but my squad is usually no more than 25.

| Same here - close seasons become a nightmare as I line up as many out of contract signings as I can find, then end up with too many of them actually joining the club.
Mind you, my squads usually end up with a fair number of "no bugger'll take them" transfer listees languishing in the reserves - if I have such a thing - and bulking out the numbers.

Rourke, you and I are the same.
Korpse, the "too soft" part, I used to be like that too, but I realised, it has to be done for me to lose my carp-ness.

At the risk of tipping, I tend to like to have around 22 players.
As for being a bit soft when it comes to releasing players, when I first take over a club I'm ruthless, but once I've had a player around a bit, I find it harder to let im go.

My squad sizes grow and then players become unhappy, then I sell a few. Don't sell enough players though
